Daniel Frishberg is an American businessman, author and podcast host.

Frishberg was born and raised in Staten Island, New York City, New York, one of three brothers. He graduated early from Fair Lawn High School in New Jersey at age sixteen. He attended New York University.
Frishberg worked at Prentice Hall. He later earned a living trading part-time on Wall Street.
His podcast program, The MoneyMan Report, features Frishberg’s market insights and analysis. It features financial commentators. He founded BizRadio in Houston. At one time he also had a financial advising firm, Daniel Frishberg Financial Services.[1]
Through his affiliation with The International Trade Center in Houston, and its CEO, publishing magnate Wea Lee, Frishberg and FMI consults and provides marketing support to US businesses seeking expertise and contacts to do business in China and Taiwan.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) charged Frishberg with fraudulent conduct in connection with promissory note offerings made to clients of his investment advisory firm.[2]
The SEC alleged that Frishberg was advising clients through to invest in BizRadio without informing them about conflicts of interest or the company BizRadio's "poor financial condition". He jointly controlled BizRadio with Albert Fase Kaleta.[1] Kaleta and Kaleta Capital Management were previously charged with fraud in 2009.[1] Without admitting or denying the allegations, Frishberg and BizRadio settled the agency's case against the host for fraud, with Frishberg paying a $65,000 penalty to be paid to investors and agreeing not to associate with investment advisers.[1]
Frishberg is married. He and his wife Elisea have three children: Stephanie, Niki, and Larry.
